I’m Avinash — part strategist, part builder, and a lifelong question-asker.
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across industries, scaled businesses, and helped brands grow — but my work has always been rooted in one thing: curiosity & at times over-thinking 😊 

I’m drawn to what quietly shapes decisions — the blind spots, beliefs, and behavior patterns we carry into both business and life. And I believe clarity, done well, feels like kindness to customers, teams, & eveourselves.

Moving across startup corridors and founder trenches, I’ve launched new products, turned around slow-growth businesses, and helped brands make sense of their market, message, and momentum.

Looking back, maybe I took more risks than I should have 😊 — but the learnings were worth every step.

If there’s one thing I’ve come to believe, it’s this: "real growth — in business or in life — comes from clarity and persistence, not chaos."

After work, I’m usually doing something a little less structured — like driving, no destination in mind, with music (including the ones my daughter & I used to rhyme to), catching up with friends or reading something that makes me pause.

And I write for someone as I don’t get to spend enough time with yet — my daughter, Aahana.

She calls me “Papa”, and once, when she was very young, told me: “I lolu forever.” That may be the most precious sentence I’ve ever heard. And I keep returning to it.
